New Guitarist

Sorry to be confusing. The last post was about a new guitarist, but yes, we now have another new guitarist. Already. Turns out, Joey wasn't as perfect for the band as we'd thought. All in all, it didn't work out, but we gave it a good try.

Our new, new guitarist is CDP (Chris del Pilar). I'm not sure if he can play the Home Improvement theme song, but he can play a whole lot of other things. In fact, you can check out some of his original work right here. It's awesome.

We've also decided that we are going to try to get as fresh a start as possible. We are trying to get a studio space right now for practicing (goodbye Chrisarena's basement!) and hopefully we can play shows again real soon. Stay tuned.

2008 So Far

This is Joey D'Angelo. He's the newest Bothan. He likes to skateboard and be silly. We knew he was a perfect match when he came to band practice and could play the Home Improvement theme song.

Since he's been in the band we've learned some new songs and played some fun shows, many of those shows with Halfway to Hell Club who never fail to impress us. We're also in the process of learning lots of new songs and recording them.

We're currently recording "It's the New You" and "Excellent Sky Right Now".

Other than that, I kind of lost steam here, I'm all wrapped up in this new flavor of Amy's soup, Thai Coconut. So more posts another time.
